Overweight carry-on (>7kg <12kg): 4500 yen - must prebook >24 hours prior to departure otherwise need to check bag in. Check-in bag up to 14kg: 5500 yen.

Jun 2, 2019. #1. After witnessing good availability on China Airlines to Taipei (a dream destination of mine), I wanted to get thoughts on their safety. I know they’ve had a number of fatal crashes (many years ago now), and I’ve read some descriptions of some flyers avoiding the airline since then as a result.

This one seemed to have slipped under the radar. I thought it was just an extra chartered DOH-SYD leg feeding off its Cyprus flights, but it does appear that they charted a whole 777 DOH-LCA-DOH-SYD. I guess it helps being a large carrier in the local region, with crews likely already on standby for a given fleet, pulling a 777 away to operate wouldn’t have impacted the whole operation much ...

Platinum. Oct 4, 2024. #1. The QF4 that was due to land in Auckland this morning diverted to Nadi. I was quite surprised upon landing in Nadi this morning to see a QF 787 at a gate. It appears the crew have timed out (not sure 100%) and it’ll operate direct to Sydney tonight meaning everyone onboard has the day in Nadi.

Posts. 5,149. Jul 12, 2019. #11. There have been rolling delays at NY area airports tonight of at least 30 mins per flight. A friend was waiting for the PR flight. The aircraft arrived 1.15 late, departed for MNL 1.30 late. Their connection in MNL tomorrow morning is now doubtful.

The good news is there are 2 options suggested 1) Openflights and 2) MyFlightRadar24. There are probably many other sites you can use, but I'm not going to go looking for them. I did however have a look at both Openflights and MyFlightRadar24. Openflights is well just Flight Tracker.

The QF200-399 range has normally been used for international codeshares to/from AU which would otherwise be in the QF1-199 range if QF operated. Most of them are operated by JQ, others have been OZ and LN codeshares. In the past, they've normally operated charters in the QF6xx_ range along with cargo and positioning flights.

I think is a long range surveillance system that links aircraft transponders to a ground station. Secondary because Primary Radar which essentially pings objects (in the classic way) has shorter range. Not open for further replies. On FR 24, 'Sydney site monitoring' flights SSM1 and SSM2 are displaying as at 0850 hours on Saturday 5 November.

May 24, 2014 #10 Government revenue is collect by those of us who pay taxes at the correct legal requirement - I would have no problem if I had actual evidence to support my claim of notifying those in the correct places the information required to investigate a person/business (you know those who don't use the cash register for every transaction) .
